I
am an experienced REALTOR®/Broker.
I have been involved in the investment and
foreclosure side of real estate for over 29 years.
Having
lived in Wilmington, North Carolina for
over thirty six years, I know and love the
area. I list and sell Residential and
Commercial real estate and all types of
property in Wilmington and New Hanover,
Brunswick and Pender Counties. I list
and sell beachfront, waterfront and golf
course community homes. I have a special
interest in the Historic District and was
formerly associated with Town and Country
Realty which was the leading
downtown agency.
Now is
'always' the time to buy in the Cities of
Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach
and Carolina Beach.

New
Hanover County is a leader in North
Carolina in preservation work. The North
Carolina Historic Preservation Tax Credit
is a big Plus. The law allows a tax
credit for certified
rehabilitations of income producing
historic property and provides credit for certified rehabilitations
of non-income producing historic
structures, including private residences.
When combined with Federal
Historic Preservation Tax Credits,
rehabilitating historic buildings becomes
very desirable.
